What We Do

Trucks Bring in the Fields

Trucks bring in the rolls of turf that weigh 1800 to 4000lbs.

The rolls are so heavy because they are filled with tiny granules of crumb rubber and sand called infill.

Rolls are then emptied of the infill.

There is 4 to 8 pounds of infill per square foot in each roll of turf. The infill can be put back in after installation without any special equipment. (Infill is free with purchase of turf!)

Lines and numbers are cut off.

The turf is easily cut from the backside with a box knife

Damaged portions are cut off as well.

Some of the rolls are damaged in transport. Puncture holes are common but can be repaired easily.

What’s left is beautiful artificial grass for your next project!
